His early career was in the oil industry, with Shell UK, having
roles spanning Logistics; Business to Business and Retail Sales;
Marketing; Communications; Operations; and Human Resources. It was
with Shell that he gained a reputation for long hours, total commitment
and achievement of sometimes impossible targets. He was entrusted
to manage key sensitive change programmes – restructuring;
closures; location changes and creating the most cost effective

Bernard has not hesitated to move all over
the country in order to faciliate his undoubted success. He now lives
an extremly comfortable lifestyle in Cheshire.
It is his unquestionable success that has provoked Bernard to set up
a business motivating others and encouraging them to ‘commit
and achieve’.
His client base reflects an impressive spread of organisations
across both private and public sectors with clients from the scientific,
consulting, computing, financial and legal professions, together
with manufacturing, leisure and service industries. In addition
he has worked with senior clients from the NHS, emergency services,
armed forces, local government and housing associations.
