Dafydd James

Dafydd James is a former British Lions Test winger, having represented the British and Irish Lions on three tests and represented Wales 48 Times. Dafydd is a television Rugby analyst and pundit for BBC Scrum V and BBC Radio Wales.

Dafydd was born in Mufulira, Zambia. He is a former Welsh international rugby union player who played on the wing and in the centre, earning 48 caps for Wales and three caps for the British & Irish Lions. He had the honour of touring with the Lions in 2001. Dafydd is an energetic and enthusiastic former professional rugby player.

Dafydd is an Ambassador for the Tenovus cancer Charity and one of the directors of the Welsh Rugby Legends association.

Dafydd is a qualified strength and conditioning coach and has extensive knowledge in planning bespoke programmes tailored to suite any requirement with great results.
