Kim Marks

Originally from Llanelli, Kim Marks set her sights on a career in the communications industry from an early age.  Kim joined BBC Wales first as a researcher and later became a producer. Kim has worked on a range of programmes from consumer issues and daily magazine shows to current affairs. Kim worked at the BBC Natural History Unit in Bristol, on the children's network television programme, Wildtrack, alongside such illustrious names as David Attenborough and Simon King.

Kim Marks returned to BBC Wales and joined the regular presenting team on Wales' flagship television news programme "Wales Today" for seven years.  As well as voicing numerous trails and promos, Kim has been a regular reader of short stories for BBC Welsh learners' programme, Catchphrase. (MCIPR).  Kim is an experienced conference chair and seminar host and also delivers training courses in presentation and public speaking.

Kim continues to combine her role as a newsreader at BBC Radio Wales with that of a public relations consultant.
